Apply your training at a Disc Golf Go event
A Disc Golf Go event is an in-person disc golf tournament hosted by us — a live round, on a real course, against other players. The app is where you learn the shot; an event is where you stand over it with something on the line.
Coming up
· PDGA C-tier
Boulder Creek Re-Run
Boulder Creek Golf and Country Club · Boulder Creek, CA
One round of 19 holes — the front nine, then a modified ten on the back half of a ball golf course turned disc golf friendly. Tee times from 7:30am, check in at hole 1. $65 pro, $50 amateur, plus greens, PDGA and TD fees. Tournament Director: Ian Sun.
Online registration opens October 9 at 7:00pm PDT.

Events cost more to put on than entry fees cover. If you want to help there be a next one, you can back the project.
What to expect
An event is a normal, in-person round of disc golf, run as a tournament: you turn up, you play the course, and your card is scored against everyone else playing that day. Nothing about it needs the app — bring your discs and a pencil if you like.
What the app gives you is the preparation. The training library breaks the game into 13 skill paths taught by touring pros and the channels that coach them, so the shot a hole asks for is one you have already been shown how to throw.
